There's never
been a better
time to have a pet!
In this day and age we seem to have less and less time for basics of life. It's not that we don't care anymore - quite the opposite. The problem is that we are generally working long hours, and cannot do as much ourselves as we would like. Consequently there is a rapidly growing plethora of new services available to us to help us get everything done .
Our kids are a great example. Kids commonly go to before school care and after school care, have soccer, tennis or football, or netball lessons, go to camps and day centres during their holidays, and are sent to professionals for their education.
Not surprisingly, caring pet owners look for similar services for their four-legged family members, who also need exercise, hygiene, minding, hollidays, socialisation, stimulation and education. Runniong short on time but still want to make sure your 4-legged kids get the basics? No problem - just call in the experts, such as pet minders, dog walkers, trainers, washers and groomers.
The result is that just because we are busy doesn't mean we need sacrifice the pleasures of pet ownership. There is an explosion in pet related services, such as pet minding, washing and grooming and training, pet holiday homes - this is a welcome relief for pet owners Australia-wide!
