Nightly rate $200.00 min two night stay
Easter week $ 1500.00 per week
Regular xmas $1900.00 per week
School Holidays $ 1350.00 per week
Xmas week $2500.00 per week
New Years week $ 2500.00 per week
Std week is anything other than Easter, Christmas holidays and school holidays.
House - Weekly -
Saturday to Saturday
All towelling and bedlinen is supplied on weekly bookings.
Deposit payable on booking.

BOOKING
To secure your booking we require 50% deposit, by cheque or direct deposit into the holiday house account. Bank details available on booking.
Balance for non peak bookings is due 1 week prior to arrival.
Balance for peak bookings is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 30 days prior to arrival date - full refund.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival deposit is non refundable.
CHECK IN
Check in is 2.15pm std (unless previously arranged)
Check out 10.00am std - (unless previously arranged)
Early check ins and late checkouts are dependent on booking status at the time and is confirmed one week prior to arrival. Early check ins and late check outs are courtesy of the Sunshine Coast Holiday House and are a no charge item.
